These are awesome and thank you for making the printable option for those of us moms who want to be crafty, but aren’t. 🙂
I do have one question. Does your 5 year old use these or just your younger ones? Trying to decide if my Kindergarten Sunday School class would still be interested in these. It would make a great project to work on through out the year.

  11. Annie says:

We have to go out of town for the Triduum so I was thinking of taking this along as a “craft” to do during the long hours between the Good Friday service and Easter Sunday Mass when we’re “stuck” at someone else’s house and not much to do. (I can’t really deep clean their house – our normal Holy Week activity). Before I buy the pdf, is there a list of all the materials needed to complete the book as part of the pattern? Trying to identify everything, make the list and then go shopping seems like too big of a job. I see in the pictures above that there are a certain amount of “extra little things”. Thank you for your time in reading and answering my comment.

    • I hope this is a great project for your family this Lent. And yes, the instructions come with a detailed list of what I used, feel free to make adjustments if you’d like. For example, I used binder rings to bind, but you could easily tie the edges with ribbon or just staple the sides. Let me know if you have any other questions!

WOW! I am a Catholic Homeschooling Mom who is always looking for creative ways to engage my kids and the kids I teach in my Faith Formation Class. I feel like I’ve just found buried treasure in your ideas/crafts! Thanks for sharing your gift!
