33 Nativity crafts for Christmas

Today I am sharing my all-time favorite roundup with you. The 33 Nativity Crafts for Christmas!

As my husband can tell you, I am obsessed, OBSESSED with nativities!

Around Christmas time I just keep buying them.

And I already have one for each room.

We have play nativity sets, ethnic sets, crystals, ceramic, wood, realistic, abstract…

For me, I could care less about the whole Santa part of Christmas.

But I really get into the wonder, beauty, and mystery of the incarnation.

And so, if you are like me, and just can’t get enough of the real reason for the season…

Here are 33 Nativity Crafts that are sure to keep you and the kids busy this Christmas season!

As always, please respect those that originally shared these ideas, and pin directly from their sites, not from this post.

Oh, and one quick thing…

If you are looking for a great Christmas book (about the real reason for the season) perfect for very young children, we are loving THIS ONE.

    Dear Nancy,

Hello! I am the Director of Kingswood Christian Preschool at Crozet United Methodist Church in Crozet, Virginia. I am writing to you to request permission to use an image of a craft on your website. It is the “nativity silhouette.” I was hoping to copy and paste the image onto our annual Christmas Pageant flyer as part of an invitation to our preschool families to join us for the program. Please let me know if this is permissible.

    Thanks so much,
    Jennifer Whitley

In this post I am simply sharing an idea originally posted on this site: http://www.thatartistwoman.org/2008/12/how-to-make-nativity-silhouette-art.html. Please inquire there.

Hey there! This is probably going to sound like the dumbest question ever, but I could really use your help with something. I came to your site for the sweet nativity ideas above, and saw that you had a pop up box on the right side that says “Shared by…” and has a link to Pinterest and your picture. I have a business Pinterest page, but I cannot for the LIFE of me figure out how to get this on my blog. Could you please tell me how you did it? Thanks!!!
